When our internal tools or custom GPT integrations are used, we may process limited business information such as name or company name, project title and project description, the platform where the inquiry originated, published project budget, contact or conversation links, project status and internal notes, and other information voluntarily provided in relation to a project inquiry. We do not intentionally collect passwords, payment information, government identification numbers, or other sensitive personal information through these integrations.
How we use this information
Information collected through our integrations is used solely for internal business purposes, including managing project inquiries and leads, organizing follow-ups, tracking proposals and conversations, maintaining our internal CRM, and improving our sales and project management workflow.
Data storage and third-party services
Opera Prima may use third-party services such as OpenAI, Google Workspace, Google Sheets, and Google Apps Script to process or store information required for these workflows. Information submitted through our CRM integration is stored in a private Google Workspace environment accessible only to authorized members of Opera Prima. We do not sell personal information or use CRM information for third-party advertising.
Data retention
We retain business and project inquiry information only for as long as reasonably necessary for our internal records, client relationships, and legitimate business purposes.
